GLOBESONIC is the next step in musical evolution. As the world draws closer through technology and communications, humanity's fluid exchange of philosophies and art has never been so great. Music is a language ancient as it is immediate, and today an entire planet is being united through digital means. There is no longer any denying both the accessibility and communal nature of what's occuring within music's inventive realms. GlobeSonic is spearheading this movement as the dance party of this new era of existence, fostering in the new musical mythology of the 21st century.
Featuring top DJs on the global music scene, GlobeSonic was founded in 2000 by Fabian Alsultany. An international dreamscape weaving the music of the ancients with modern sensibility, the collective (Alsultany, Acidophilus and Derek Beres) has toured globally with some of today's most important and innovative artists. Canvasing Asia, Arabia, Africa, Latin America, India, the Caribbean and Balkans (and wherever else is reachable that evening), GlobeSonic parties have become legendary in the breadth of music and the ease of transition these DJs make between country, culture and continent. Comprised of three well-seasoned professionals involved in numerous facets of America's international music industry, they are proving the world is at the touch of everyone's fingertips...and hips.
Currently holding a monthly party at East Village hotspot Nublu, they established a following through an initial residencies at Paisley, Joe's Pub, Groovejet, and SOB's.
