Thanks for checkin’ out our website! We are dedicated to showcasing artistic mediums through our extravagant summertime festival celebrating Brooklyn culture, the Willi B* SummArts Festivale. This music and arts throwdown takes place in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn on N. 6th St. in, and on the street in front of, Galapagos and North Six.
We want to thank all of those who helped last year’s inaugural summer festival such a phenomenal success. With over 20 music acts and DJs, a dozen theater companies, ten dance groups, numerous fine artists, and a dedicated production team, it was a collective of love of many people’s labors that such an extraordinary experience.
We are proud to announce that this year’s Willi B* will take place on Saturday, September 9th! Once again, we promise smoothly blend House, Hip-Hop, Dub, World, Brazilian, Latin, Gypsy, and Rock with the hottest young theater, dance and fine artists to create an artgasmic exploration of Brooklyn culture. Returning artists from last year’s event will be DJs Swingsett, DRM, and Chris Annibell, along with Scott Kettner’s Nation Beat & Maracatu.
